You can find lots of tutorials literally anywhere you look. If you have already learnt python, I would suggest you try to get acquainted with scikit-learn and keras. I gave links to a book which might be helpful; it has code examples and a bit of theory (It's also HUGE so learn only what you need). I would also suggest to learn theories in detail after you have learnt to implement simple networks.
