You can deploy your java web application in Redhat's Openshift Cloud for free!!
To do that, first you have to create an account on openshift at https://www.openshift.com/app/ account
Then you have to install RHC command line tools to work with your application and openshift cloud as of https:// developers.openshift.com/en/ getting-started-client-tools.ht ml
Read thoroughly https://developers.openshift.com/en/tomcat-overview.html to understand deploying application in openshift-tomcat.
Here is a video demonstration step by step doing these things, although you might not understand the speaking as its in Vietnamese, but still helpful for beginners starting with openshift cloud: https://www.youtube.com/ watch?v=dVtlfxbah5w
